2. Customer demand identification: we will identify your known demands & potential demands.

3. Design selection & quotation

4. Confirmation of the drawing & price

5. PO/Sales contract confirmation

6. Advance payment

7. Arrange the production

8. Follow up the orders and report by email

9. Inspection: We support video inspection /on site inspection/ 3rd party inspection

10. Packing & delivery

11. Receiving the goods

12. Customer satisfaction survey

After-sale Service

Warranty period: 1 year, for some special circumstances can be agreed separately.

Receiving the Complaint → Collecting the Information(Online/Email/Call)→Feedback with 12 hours →Quality Records Traceability

→ Technical/Quality Analysis → Responsibility Determination →Problem Resolution →Corrective and Preventive measures/ 8D Report

FAQ

Is OEM available?

Yes, we can help to print the customer's nameplate, but written authorization with stamp is required.

Are free samples available?

Generally speaking, for some big bearings with high value which are paid.

For some small bearings we could provide free sample but the transportation cost are paid by customer.

Which certificates can provide for the bearing?

We could supply the raw material certificate,roller/cage inspection report, final inspection report, heat treatment report ect.

What is your delivery time?

For some regular models we have stock. For some large quantity or customized bearing usually it will need 30~50 days.

What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C.

Can we visit your factory?
Yes, sure. It is better to make the appointment in advance, we will make the preparation and provide better service.
