Hydraulic nuts from Dalian Chengfeng Bearing Group can be used to press parts with tapered bores onto their tapered seats. If the required driving force cannot be applied using other accessories (e.g. shaft nuts or pressure screws), presses are mainly used.

The main applications are as follows.
Mounting and dismounting of rolling bearings with tapered bores. The bearings can be mounted directly on the tapered shaft, the clamping sleeve or the withdrawal sleeve. Hydraulic nuts can also be used to remove adapters or withdrawal sleeves.
Mounting and dismounting of components such as couplings, gears and ship propellers.

Through the inner ring thread of the hydraulic nut, can be mounted on the shaft parts, the piston pushes the workpiece to the required installation position under the action of the 70MPa-150MPa pressure.
The installation and dismounting on the tapered shaft and the bearing on the shaft sleeve is a difficult and time-consuming task. Using hydraulic nut, can obtain high pressure driving force required for mounting bearing, thus make the bearing assembly and disassembly more easily and quickly. All hydraulic nuts are equipped with ultra high pressure hydraulic pump and quick coupler.
Using the axial and radial oil injection two ways, without space restrictions.
Optional electric, pneumatic, manual hydraulic pump as a power source according to user requirements.

Hydraulic nuts are used for bolts that need to be disassembled frequently; pre-tightening of oversized bolts; locking of large workpieces, etc. It can also be used as a hydraulic interference connection and disassembly tool. Installing or removing bearings on tapered shafts or bushings is often a difficult and time-consuming process. Using hydraulic nuts can improve work efficiency and reduce such problems. The principle is that the hydraulic oil is input into the nut by the high-pressure oil pump to generate the force to push the piston, which satisfies the installation or removal of the bearing – effortless, accurate and safe.
