Short Description:

Double row cylindrical roller bearings have ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. The inner ring and roller and cage assembly can be separated from the outer ring. The shaft can be allowed to produce axial displacement in two directions relative to the bearing housing, and bear large radial loads.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings:
NN type: the inner ring has ribs, and the outer ring has no ribs. The outer ring and the inner assembly can be installed separately, which does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or the housing, and cannot bear the axial load. Compared with a single row cylindrical roller bearing of the same radial size, it can withstand larger radial loads. The structure is compact, the deformation under load is small, and it is especially suitable for the support of the spindle of the machine tool.
Type NN…K:
The structure is the same as the NN type, but the inner hole of the bearing is tapered, which is convenient for fine-tuning the radial clearance of the bearing and convenient for assembly and disassembly. This type of bearing is mostly used in the main shaft of the machine tool and is installed on the tapered shaft. The radial clearance is adjusted by the pressing amount of the inner ring.
Types NNU, NNU…K:
The outer ring has ribs and the inner ring has no ribs. There are two kinds of cylindrical holes and conical holes. It does not limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing and cannot bear axial loads. Compared with a single row cylindrical roller bearing of the same radial size, it can withstand larger radial loads.
Type NNCF:
The inner ring has three ribs and the outer ring has one rib for axial positioning in one direction. The outer ring is fitted with a retaining ring on the other side of the rib to keep the bearing in one piece.
NNCL type:
The inner ring has three ribs, the outer ring has no ribs, and there are stop rings on both sides to become an inseparable bearing.
NNCS:
The inner ring has three ribs, the outer ring has no ribs, and there is an intermediate locking ring in the middle of the outer ring, which becomes an inseparable bearing. The shaft and the bearing seat allow a certain axial displacement and can be used as a free end bearing.

Radial clearance
The standard product of double row cylindrical roller bearing has 1 set of clearance, and cylindrical bore bearings can also provide 2 or 3 sets of clearance.
Tapered bore bearings are also available with 2 sets of clearance.
Bearings with radial clearance larger or smaller than the standard value can also be produced according to user requirements.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings mostly use machined brass cages, and sometimes nylon cages are also available.
