Adapter sleeves are one of the most commonly used bearing accessories for fixing tapered bore bearings on cylindrical journals, including plain or stepped shafts. The attachment is easy to install and does not require additional means to secure it.
When using an adapter sleeve on an optical shaft, the bearing can be fixed anywhere on the shaft. When used for a stepped shaft, when matched with a stepped ring, it can be fixed on the shaft position more precisely, and it is relatively easy to disassemble.
If the hole diameter is larger than 200mm, the push-and-removal sleeve can simplify the bearing installation and disassembly by using the oil injection method.
Supply range: aperture 17mm-1000mm
There is a slit on the adapter sleeve with a surface taper of 1:12.
