Features
One-way thrust ball bearing consists of a shaft washer, seat washer, steel ball and cage. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft washer, seat washer, steel ball and cage assembly can be installed separately.
Two-way thrust ball bearing
Includes a shaft washer, two seat washers, a central shaft washer and a steel ball-cage assembly. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft washer, seat washer, steel ball and cage assembly can be installed separately.
There are three types:
Thrust ball bearing with flat race.
Thrust ball bearing with self-aligning race.
Thrust ball bearing with self-aligning seat washer and self-aligning seat washer.
One-way thrust ball bearings are mainly used to bear one-way axial loads and can be used for one-way axial positioning.
Two-way thrust ball bearings can bear one-way and two-way axial loads, and can be used for two-way axial positioning.
Application:
Automobile steering gear, machine tool spindle, rotary kiln tug, medium and large rotary equipment, etc.
Size range:
Inner diameter size range: 25mm~1380mm
Outer diameter size range: 42mm~1540mm
Width size range: 11mm~160mm
Tolerance: P0, P6, P5, P4 precision grades are available.

S0 bearing rings are tempered at high temperature, and the working temperature can reach 150 ℃
/S1 bearing rings are tempered at high temperature, and the working temperature can reach 200 ℃
/S2 bearing rings are tempered at high temperature, and the working temperature can reach 250 ℃
/S3 bearing rings are tempered at high temperature, and the working temperature can reach 300 ℃
/S4 bearing rings are tempered at high temperature, the working temperature can reach 350℃
